I am willing to understand that Michael Vick perhaps grew up with dogfighting and that it may be a part of his culture. However, that still does not make it legal, justifiable or acceptable. I think what he and his thugs have done is horrible; They egregiously tortured and violently murdered dogs. Not to mention that they made dogs fight until the death. I think he should get a longer jail term than 12-18 months. I am undecided about whether he should be banned from football, but I wonder how other players feel being on the field with a man who committed such a terrible crime. I know how I would feel. What makes it even worse is that I have recently read that people (Stephon Marbury and an Atlanta NAACP leader) feel that dogfighting is just as bad as hunting – or at least comparable! I cannot believe that some people think that! How is electrocuting dogs, hanging dogs or allowing the raping of dogs, the same as keeping population of prey animals in check?

I proclaim Mike Holmes of Discovery Home’s “Holmes on Homes” one of my heroes. This guy comes into your house which some other contractor screwed up and sets the mo fo straight. He fixes is the right way (how it should have been done the first time). He treats everybody’s house like it was his own. Not only that, he’s a great teacher and I recommend that any home owner should watch this show. It’s pretty funny to see how irritated he gets at some of these d-bag contractors.

I am not even a heavy user and it always crashes on me. I rather eat brussel sprouts than try to use that site. Facebook, on the other hand, is flawless. I will also mention that facebook has very little advertisements!!! Get it together myspace.com!!!

She’s a combination of Patsy Cline, Lucinda Williams, and Melissa Etheridge. Interesting combination in and of itself, but the pairing doesn’t do Brandi justice.
