It is very possitble that in 2011 the US might see the cheapest new car ever produced. This Indian made car sells for $2000 and gets 56 MPG! I know it’s tiny and some people may thing it is unsafe, but it’s worth a try!

I read an article on Treehugger about how off-shore wind turbines could potentially power all homes in England by 2020. Yes, there are environmental issues concerning wind turbines, but I feel there aren’t as many as using non-renewable sources of energy. I support wind energy and I find stories like this encouraging.
I came across this article via EcoGeek. The current Ford Escape gets around 30MPG which makes it the most fuel efficient SUV “on the planet” as Ford describes. Kudos. Now, imagine the ability to plug this hybrid in to a standard power socket and charge its batteries while you are sleeping. [...]
